Happy New Year!

Dome Progress

We are now past the top of the doorway, and coming down the home stretch. The rows of adobe are starting to get dramatically smaller, and the top of the dome will be approximately 18 inches above the black vent pipe you see on the right.

We are taking a break of about two weeks to let my eye heal from cataract surgery. We still have a shot at finishing the basic construction by Jan 31, after which we will start working on a new larger garden.

We will come back to the dome later, in February or March,  to do the finish work.

Our best wishes for the new year to all our friends and supporters.
